Within this function you will have the full responsibility for the six F&B outlets (restaurants, cocktail-bar and a club) and everything that comes along. We are looking for somebody who enjoys both sides of the operation and speaks English, Spanish, Dutch or Papiamento are a plus.

Job Requirements:

For the function of Operations Manager Restaurants we require: * minimum of 3 years experience within F&B * fluent in English. Speaking Spanish, Dutch or Papiamento is a plus * have experience with guiding and supporting a team * have HACCP * knowledge about forecasting and analyzing financial data * knowledge about cost control and purchasing * an education in or related to hospitality * Living on Aruba or willing to relocate there (work permit/visa required)
