Our client is a growing company with a dynamic team supporting a wide variety of sports betting brands. They are looking for a motivated Turkish speaking Customer Support Agent to join their offices in Malta. The chosen candidate will work within 24/7. In order to succeed in the role you are required to have minimum of 2 years’ experience working within sports betting environment.
The purpose of the role to is to manage and improve the Customer Service experience of company’s customers. To ensure they receive excellent, effective and efficient support while also working closely with the rest of the support team and other members in order to provide the best solutions to the customers. You will report to the Customer Support Team Leader or any other role as the company may determine from time to time.
Support and provide our operators with the highest standard by making use of our products and features.
Liaise with all the departments to prioritize and solve customer issues promptly and accurately.
Track all tasks from operators to IT or Trading Team until ticket status is complete.
Maintain customer focus and respond to customer queries in accordance with company guidelines.
Minimum 2 years’ experience working within sports betting environment.
Self-motivated, ability to work unsupervised as well as being able to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Fluent level of Turkish language (both spoken and written).
Good command of spoken and written English.
Proactive, flexible attitude to work with a willingness to constantly learn, review and improve skills and processes.
High level of initiative, accountability, communication, attention to detail and ability to follow process and procedures.
Willing to work night shifts.
