On behalf of our client, we are looking for a Client Success Specialist to work in their offices in Malta!

As a member of the Client Experience Team, you will be the problem solver and ambassador for our clients, assisting them if they run into difficulty and generally ensuring their process is as smooth as possible. The office in Malta plays a meaningful role on this growing team.

Responsibilities

* Champion the Client;
* Understand how company’s products work and the value they give to clients, to be able to determine which clients are not using our products to their full potential;
* Work with multiple teams to understand how the client will be affected by changes taking place within the organization;
* Prepare and execute a rollout plan;
* Measure, track and communicate client progress with stakeholders;
* Identify and provide solutions to any issues contributing to a declining trend, ensuring there is nothing standing in the way of further growth;


Requirements

* At least 1-3 years of experience in client facing roles – excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary
* A Bachelor’s Degree in I.T., Business or similar, is preferred;
* Analytical Skills – be able to read numbers effectively and understand what reporting the company needs to better understand the client base;
* Ability to articulate value to clients - you will need to help clients understand how they will benefit from the changes being proposed to them;
* Problem Solving Skills - You'll work hard to solve problems to make sure the impact on clients is minimal. Alongside this approach you will also need to understand the root cause of the problem and how it can be prevented, going forward;
* A genuine hunger to learn and grow - your drive and motivation is the most important thing to us.
