We are looking for candidates who are passionate about delivering high quality service whilst working in a fast paced, rewarding environment with fantastic opportunities for progression.
Provide support to our customer base via Live Chat, telephone and email
Review and escalate queries from customers to superiors when required
Liaise with other internal teams to review queries from customers regarding several topics including payments, technical issues, verification or betting queries
Fluent verbal and written communication in Dutch and English
Experience in a customer facing role or online
Passion for delivering outstanding Customer Service
Ability to problem solve and find a solution
Competent literacy and numeracy skills
* Thorough training will be provided on all aspects of the role, including training on sportsbook and online casino, giving you the tools and knowledge to provide excellent customer experience.
