I am looking for a Business Development Representative for a young, dynamic organization specialized in technology distribution in Utrecht! In this role you will report to the EMEA Business Creation Director. You are responsible for attracting new business, bringing back dormant customers, up- and cross-selling sales and to find ways to do more business with the current customer base.

* Identify and create new customer accounts (e.g. call dormant accounts, obtain leads from suppliers);
* Maintain and increase sales with existing accounts and support the external sales teams in managing account administration;
* To ensure margin performance, you consult the reseller partner in selling and supporting products and services for their customers;
* You offer product presentations and sales training for assigned accounts.
* In close contact with the other sales teams, you identify cross-selling opportunities within the product and service portfolio;
* You keep your customers informed with product related information, training, marketing campaigns, business development and pre-sales activities for effective support.
The salary for this position will be between 36K - 40K (based on education and experience) gross a year based on a full time position (OTE). I would like to tell you more in a personal conversation!
* Native in German and fluent in English;
* A salesperson with 1-3 years of experience in a similar role within sales, account management, customer success or customer service;
* You are experienced in relationship building and understand the basics of excellent customer service;
* A high level of professionalism and interpersonal skills at all times;
* Someone who is motivated to develop and to learn;
* Able to work in an international and dynamic environment;
* Good communicator;
* Commercial mindset and result driven.
