The mission of the IT Service Desk Consultant is to provide 1 line user support based on the training and know-how that will be guaranteed by the company during your induction period. - Providing 1st level of IT support to internal employees
- Diagnosing hardware and software faults
- Receiving, qualifying and saving users' requests
- Guiding the user through the resolution process or taking control of the remote system
- Escalating incidents to the appropriate support groups once unable to resolve.
- Providing regular activity reports to Managers
