Job Description:

A fintech business with headquarters in Dubai, UAE is looking to hire a B2C business development and marketing manager. The role available will be responsible for developing relationships with key providers and partners supporting our clients brand whilst focusing on closing new deals.
Responsibilities will include defining B2C delivery models and sales campaigns, defining product continuum, features and bundles based on input from digital platforms. Pricing rules and levels, designing customer targets and advertising campaigns. Drive customer acquisition and retention through digital platforms. build in-life digital marketing to ensure customer growth and long-term retention.
Identify and negotiate key partnerships to drive growth for the UAE market. Help develop the growth strategy, execution, and optimisation of all marketing initiatives in the market as well as designing, developing and managing strategy, planning and execution of brand campaigns. You will also build a sales team from scratch, setting KPIs and financial targets designed to scale, identify potential new clients through a variety of mediums and to identify decision makers.
Leading a team of 2 to 3 sales managers and own the P&L for your assigned region.
To be eligible for this role you must possess a Degree in Marketing or a related qualification. With at least 5 years experience in sales or business development in Digital banking/ APP development as well as 2 years as a team leader. Have a proven track record of success in B2C digital marketing, experience with SMBs, preferably with a track record of sales. Experience in managing a team, setting compensation and performance-based metrics. Salary will be competitive with benefits.
