Fostering Team Manager - Therapeutic IFA

£45,000 per annum plus £4,500 car allowance



NonStop Care is working with a well established Independent Fostering Agency in the North East of England, in order to recruit for a Fostering Team Manager who can join them on a permanent basis.

In this role, you will be joining a not for profit organisation, with a Good Ofsted rating. They reinvest their profit back into the service to make sure they are constantly improving.

They are a therapeutic Independent Fostering Agency. You will be working closely with a qualified psychologist / clinician.



Responsibilities:



The Fostering Team Manager will work closely with the Fostering Service Manager in order to provide guidance and support to a small team of Supervising Social Workers.

You will be involved in the the development and growth of the fostering business and you will undertake the Panel Advisor role too. You will also provide a Quality Assurance role for Annual Reviews and Form F assessments.

Requirements:
