Job Description:

My client has grown significantly over the last financial year & is looking for a motivated, enthusiastic individual to aid our next stage of growth. We are looking to recruit a returns administrator to join our operations team, the primary role will be dealing with customer and supplier returns ensuring they are actioned in a timely manner. Additionally, to this as workflow allows the successful individual will support other administration functions within the operations team.



* Great attention to detail
* Customer focused.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced fun environment.
* Monitoring the Customer & Supplier RMA logs
* Issuing RMA numbers to customers and following the process through to completion.
* Arranging supplier RMA and following through to completion.
* Other duties adhoc



Competent on Microsoft suite

Understanding of Sage software desirable



You will be a confident communicator and able to work well under pressure.

To work within a busy environment within an open plan office.

You must be a team player who can priortise workload and can multi-task.

To take pride in everyday duties and responsibilities.
