We are excited to be looking for a new Recruitment Team Manager to join our highly successful Permanent Division, and become a strategic influence in the growth of the business throughout 2021 and beyond.
Through strong leadership, development and defined strategies, the Recruitment Team Manager will be instrumental in the evolution of a brand new technology team. You will be at the forefront of enhancing client relationships and recruitment processes, whilst inspiring your team members to deliver on international technology assignments.
Ideally you will either be an existing Recruitment Team Leader or Manager looking for a new an exciting new challenge or a Principal Consultant looking for your next step in the recruitment world – either way you’ll be used to managing, developing and delivering to customers, and devising & implementing strategies to achieve sales results.
As a new Recruitment Team Manager within Redline we will give you the training (both recruitment & technical), mentoring, structure, support and reward you need to move your career forward and your earnings potential to new heights.
