Our Commercial Optimisation Team is at the heart of our business ensuring we deliver a seamless service to the global businesses we work with, managing their IT and Software Assets.
We have a new opportunity for SAP Commercial Lead to join our growing team. Playing an active part in the success of Livingstone Group, the SAP Commercial Lead will be accountable for the execution of the Optimisation and Negotiation methodology and a leading contributor to it’s on ongoing evolution, with the SAP practice within the Optimisation team.
They will run, with the support of the Practice Manager, both projects and MS engagements, responsible for the service delivery and guiding the supporting team to ensure success.
For the time being the role will be based at home with occasional visits to the office for meetings, training. You can be based anywhere in the UK, USA or The Netherlands.
* Deliver first class service - Responsible for delivering chargeable services to new and existing customers, managing and/or being a key member of the service delivery
* Operational effectiveness - Execute technical and strategic client workshops through Phase 1 of the Optimisation methodology, build coherent reporting, define and drive negotiation strategy for client engagements
* Support - Work with the Sales Team offering customer-facing pre-sales assistance where required
* Solving Problems - Be a leading role in specifying solutions
* Managing new Business - Supporting proposals and tender responses
* Services and Technical knowledge - Deliver service presentations and demonstrations, able to differentiate service offerings at a technical level
* Interpersonal and Communication - Build and maintain relationships with prospects and/or existing clients
* 5 + years Commercial contract optimisation and management experience within SAP Commercial or Contracting team or Global Licensing Provider
* Ability to demonstrate experience of effectively managing senior relationships within Blue Chip companies
* SAP licensing knowledge, including in depth estate analysis and contractual expertise
* Excellent commercial acumen
* Experience of mentoring and coaching individuals and teams
* Communication, interpersonal and presentation skills with the ability to present to both internal and external stakeholders
* Based anywhere in the UK, USA or The Netherlands
* Desirable but not essential from an SAP Consulting and/or Technical Background along with Software Asset Management experience
