Guest Relations Manager – Middlesex – 4 Star Hotel

Salary £28,000 per annum



Platinum Recruitment are working in partnership with a popular 4 Star Hotel located in Teddington, Middlesex and have a great opportunity for a Guest Relations Manager to join their team.

What’s involved?

As Guest Relations Manager you will report directly to the Estate and Operations Manager as well as work closely with the Operational departments

Duties will include but not limited to:

* Assume responsibility for the guest service journey across the operational departments.
* Meet all health & safety regulations, guidelines, and policy.
* Provide an efficient and friendly welcome to all visitors and guests of the hotel.
* Supervisor all operational staff during shifts to ensure maximum flexibility and efficiency.
* Be always accessible to customers and staff.
* Responsible for dealing with customer feedback, complaints, and suggestions, plus helping support all departments when required.
* Devise and implement a rota whilst working closely with HR/Payroll to manage costs and data.
* Report any areas needing repairs etc. and ensure these are corrected in a timely manner.
