We are looking for an experienced social worker to join the MASH team in the West Midlands. This is a Locum Social Work role and we need your R&A expertise to safeguard and promote the welfare of children.

The ideal candidate for the social work position will have 2 years minimum post qualifying experience and will have significant MASH or safeguarding experience
Social Work Team works with people in the community and their families to support them to meet their own wellbeing outcomes. This could involve providing or facilitating social work support, domiciliary care, day services, respite as well as residential and nursing care. As part of one of our front line social work teams, you’ll hold a mixed and varied caseload, allocated according to your post-qualifying skills and experience. You can expect to be involved in:
Undertaking assessments of children through direct work.
Working with families and partnership organisations.
Developing child centred plans, and implementing and reviewing these with the child, their family and other professionals involved.
Focused on the best interests of children, you’ll be supported to produce clear evidence based assessments that inform effective plans. You’ll be expected to maintain high standards of professional practice in line with relevant legislation, guidance, regulations and national standards.
