Role and Responsibility As Cloud Architect: 50%  
  • Responsible for providing technical support and/or leadership in the creation and delivery of technology solutions (Infrastructure and Cloud) designed to meet a customer’s business needs 
  • Certified AWS professional solution Architect. 
  • Create and maintain effective customer relationships to secure customer satisfaction 
  • Provide the deepest level of product- and technology-specific expertise available to customers from anyone in the sales organization in deal pursuit situations  
  • Aligned to specific products or product-lines  
  • Participate in deep-dive discussions and gather information about customers’ technical needs and assesses customers' current IT infrastructure and translate the technical view into the implementation view to architect an overall technical solution; additionally, define technical alternatives and possible shortcomings to the proposed solution 
  • Collaborate with account teams and other company organizations in developing and communicating key value propositions and negotiation points for a specific product set and technology  
  • Deliver compelling and convincing presentations addressing specific requirements and expectations; effectively link the technical features and functions of company´s solutions with tangible business benefits that meet customer-side challenges 
  • Protect and expand footprint with the customer by leveraging new technologies, upgrades and refreshes to the company's installed base; develop strategies to counter likely competitive threats 
  • Responsible for pipeline information to be updated and accurately reflect the area of responsibility to ensure nurturing of all deals and constant movement of opportunities to closure 
  • Facilitate smooth transition from sales to implementation by orienting the appropriate teams to the technical solution design and identifying related training needs 
 As Service Delivery Lead : 50% 
  •  Maintaining positive relationships with customers. 
  • Identifying customer needs and overseeing service delivery within the business context. 
  • Leading the service delivery team, managing conflict, and ensuring the team's processes and tasks are carried out efficiently. 
  • Managing finances and budgets. 
  • Determining ways to reduce costs without sacrificing customer satisfaction. 
  • Assessing customer feedback and using your creativity to establish, improve, and refine services. 
  • Remaining organized and meeting deadlines. 
  • Building partnerships and liaising with team leaders to determine the company's services, delivery criteria, and solutions for issues that may arise. 
  • Participate and Drive the Governance meeting with customer as per defined model  
 Knowledge and Skills  : 
  • Should demonstrate deep technical skills in the assigned area of specialization  
  • Good knowledge of the company offerings, strategic initiatives, current trends, competitor products and strategies within the area of responsibility  
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and mastery over English and local languages  
  • Demonstrates excellent consultative selling techniques, including active listening, framing, white boarding, storytelling, etc.  
  • Solid knowledge of partner´s offerings and how to effectively access, engage and collaborate with them  
  • Solid project management skills or experience, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, including appropriate due diligence  
  • Strong business and financial acumen, with an understanding of functional responsibilities of various customer business roles 
  • Experience of participating in solution configurations and the creation of PoCs to meet customer requirements 
  • Very good implementation skills of vendors, such as Cisco, Nutanix, AWS, Azure, Akamai (CDN providers) etc. 
  • Experience in rearchitecting or reengineering legacy applications to serverless or microservices platform.  
  • Should have worked on end-to-end cloud migration projects including assessment to execution.  
  • Should have better understanding of the cloud governance model and compliance to meet the organization's need.
