Salary up to £38,000 per annum (DOE) plus Bonus & Benefits



Platinum Recruitment are working in partnership with a popular 4 Star hotel in Perthshire, Scotland and have a great opportunity for an experienced Food and Beverage Manager to join their team.

What’s involved?

As Food and Beverage Manager your duties will but not limited to:

* Have a proven track record of success in Food and Beverage Manager role
* Ensure the highest standards are maintained throughout the hotel and that the guest’s expectations are exceeded.
* Responsible for ensuring the day-to-day management of the F&B department
* Achieve hotel revenue, profit, and customer satisfaction goals for the F&B operation
* Report directly to the General Manager and Group Managing Director

Already a proven Restaurant Manager or Food and Beverage Manager from a 4 Star Hotel background or high-quality operations, you will need to be a strong hands-on people Manager with previous people management, rota, stock control and a commercial as well as a financial acumen experience.
