Salary up to £22,800 per annum (DOE)



Platinum Recruitment are working in partnership with a popular 4 Star hotel in Perthshire, Scotland and have a great opportunity for an experienced Food and Beverage Assistant to join their team.

What’s involved?

As Food and Beverage Assistant your key duties and responsibilities will include:

* Ensure a good working knowledge of food and wine. Be able to make recommendations.
* Welcoming all Hotel guests, visitors, and members in a friendly manner
* Present menus, take orders and serve food & drink professionally as well as efficiently.
* Cleaning and resetting tables, keeping all areas of the restaurant neat and tidy.
* Up-sell and maximise sales revenue whenever and wherever possible.
* Carrying out daily duties as directed by the Restaurant Supervisor or F&B Manager
* Working full time hours, on a shift pattern ranging from breakfast, lunch, dinner and including weekends.

Previous 4 Star hotel experience is desired but not essential as full training will be given plus you need to be fluent in English with excellent communication skills and have a flexible approach to working shift patterns,
