Our new office was launched in September and our expanding team requires sales executives who have the depth of character to hold a conversation with business owners / Directors - this is not a "bog standard" sales role.

Our customers are owner operated businesses with turnovers of £100k - £5mil and who join our business community to gain extra customer growth, fill up their spare capacity to boost profits and take advantage of our unique interest-free credit to conserve cash.

We are the UK arm of a global business that has been trading for 27 years. Since launching the UK operation in 2014 we have established 8 offices and our Romford sales office will be the national hub to scale our user base - therefore great career progression is available.

As a sales business we are looking for individuals who are motivated by success and recognition - our packages come with market-level salaries, uncapped bonus structures, monthly incentives and international conferences.

Full initial and ongoing training is offered to the successful applicants with the experience and character for this role.

This is a B2B sales role therefore typical hours are 8:30am to 5:30pm Monday to Friday ...... this can sometimes stretch when working to achieve goals, service clients / prospects needs, or HAVING FUN.

Our day is spent engaging with business owners via numerous channels with a view of getting to understand their business, finding out their needs and desires, and showing them how becoming a supplier and participant to the BBX community can achieve a better result.

This is a "customer acquisition role" and a fast-moving environment where you will be scheduling and delivering 15 meetings per week with fresh business prospects - each meeting will be about 1 hour, therefore, the ability to hold a conversation at business owner level is essential.

Essential Skills

This role involves delivering a conceptual business facility to company owners which requires strong communication skills, a high level of empathy, and knowledge of business.

Sales and/or business experience would be an advantage and full initial and ongoing training will be given.

We will be offering a high level of initial and day to day training / mentoring however you will already have a strong character, the ability to hold a conversation at a high level, a great work ethic, the desire for self-development, and as a sales role the ability to shrug off failed meetings knowing they are the steps to successful ones.

Sales presentations will be conducted using ZOOM or MS Teams and all customer records logged in a CRM therefore a decent level of computer literacy is essential.
