We are looking for Team Delivery Manager to join us, working at Heathrow.
We are looking for a role model for the team, an ambassador for the company, someone who wants to live the Wilson James Values of Honesty, Respect, Safety, Responsibility and communication.
The Heathrow PRS Team provide assistance to passengers requiring support (PRS) arriving and departing through the airport. The service covers the operational schedule, 365 days per year and employs a diverse workforce to deliver this detailed & dynamic service.

The Team Delivery Manager is responsible for leading the PRS operational team to deliver services to the clients and legislative requirement.

Main Responsibilities

* To maintain a visible presence within the operation, managing your resource to drive efficiency to meet SLA requirements. Fully understand the impact of efficiency rates within the operation, able to drive efficiency of the available resources.
* To proactively ensure the staffing levels are correct on a daily basis ensuring changes through sickness and absence are proactively addressed.
* Responsible for cost control on the day of operation, (overtime, ancillary, equipment, etc.), focussed at looking for improvements
* Responsible for the handover of information/cases over the shift handover, ensuring succinct handovers of all operational information.
* Drive a customer-focused culture in pursuit of excellent service to both internal and external customers, leading customer service skills and ensuring all of your team embrace our focus, through development audits and coaching
* To accurately report on accidents / near misses to the Terminal Operations Manager and report on notify operational reports.
* Know your Team, able to get the best from your team and provide constructive developmental feedback through performance management of direct reports, feedback and audits of non-direct reports
* Supporting the Terminal Operations Manager, ensure robust industrial & employee relations & HSQE culture achieved by promoting a one-team culture.

Essential Skills

* Proven experience of managing teams in an operational environment
* Track record of strong communication and influencing skills
* Significant experience in handling customer complaints both face to face and in writing
* Experience of managing employees through all HR processes (ownership of life cycle)
* Proven experience of managing budget (headcount or financial)
* Basic IT Skills
* Demonstrate the ability to think and act quickly in emergencies or under pressure
* Have an ability to deliver succinct and clear verbal and written reports where necessary
* Full Driving Licence

* Ability to plan, devise and implement thorough process
* Proven Customer Service skills
* Managing multiple tasks to meet deadlines within a dynamic environment.
* Management / Strong leadership skills
