Recruitment Hunters are recruiting for Sales Lead Generator for their International Educational firm based in Cambridge.
Main purpose for the Sales Lead Generator: Converting Student enquires about courses into booked courses. Assisting Sales professionals with the sales cycle.
Key Relationships with: Sales Support Manager, Global Sales Support team, Global sales, marketing and admissions teams, including all overseas offices, Educational agents and the firms strategic partners, Academic and administrative staff across all centres and colleges
Main Responsibilities: -Sales Lead Generator

Key responsibilities and capabilities - Encouraging and then Converting students to accept educational courses
o Converting inbound leads from marketing activity via telephone calls and on line webinars
o Generating new leads and referral opportunities
o Meeting and exceeding weekly KPIs and intake targets
o Breaking down barriers to entry and utilising sales and conversion techniques
o Developing and managing a recruitment pipeline
o Proactively contacting prospects to drive interest/applications
o Acting as a programme ambassador and confidently answering or facilitating the answer of questions about our Pathway programmes
o Reporting sales data
o Providing excellent customer service
Within this role the successful candidate would be expected to be able to work autonomously as well as within a team.
* Responsible for conversion and generation of lead implementation
* Ensure delivery of exceptional service to students and stakeholders
* To develop and manage a range of direct leads, monitoring and reporting progress on an ongoing basis.

The full time – Initially 4 Months fixed term contract with options about the contract to be extended. The role will be based from home initially and then will be at the firms HQ in Central Cambridge.
