My client who are an Optical Manufacturer are looking for a Customer Services Executive, based in Bucks to join their customer service department.

The Customer Services Executive, based in Bucks will be responsible for completing ordering entry and manage pricing requirements. You will also deal with administration tasks such as taking incoming calls and dealing with any technical issues/ requests for new product information. You will also liaise with customers on orders and deal with any technical issues as well as making sure orders are recorded on system accurately. Furthermore, as Customer Services Executive, based in Bucks you will also manage small accounts by providing customer care and support.

The successful Customer Services Executive, based in Bucks will come from a customer services background and have good communication skills. You will also need to be a driven, passionate and hard-working individual who wants to learn and develop new skills.
