AMHP/After Hours Social Worker- Supportive Management

I am working with a local authority whom is looking to bolster their after hours social care team, my client is looking to add to its ranks due to this they are after qualified AMHP for there EDT team who would like an opportunity to grow with the social care industry and will actually look to provide you with the opportunity to move up the ranks.

My client understands the needs of the modern-day social worker and so they are offering

Remote working condition which gives you the ability to work flexibly either from home or out and about to get things done meaning if you would like to spend more time with the kids this position gives you that opportunity. In addition to this you’re a free of the shackles of working at a desk plus this allows you to fit work around your life and not the other way around.

My client is looking to bring someone in who can start ASAP but understands that some people making the transition from permanent employment will have a longer notice period so for the right candidate will wait for there notice period to elapse, they are offer a pay of up to £40phr for the right candidate the right level of experience.

My client understands the importance of having a supportive and helpful management team hence the reason why if you join them they will offer you an opportunity to gain a lot more knowledge and soak this knowledge in which isn't necessarily social work related/regular supervision - Grow your practice and skills further, meaning this position offers the support that I know a lot of social workers need as well as the opportunity to learn new things that would help you to grow within your career.

To be considered for this post you will have prior experience as a senior commissioning offer or have experience within this filed, you will also be require to provide the last 3 years worth of references, your right to work document as well as proof of address.
