CRM / MARKETING EXECUTIVE

HYBRID HOME & OFFICE BASED

UP TO £28,000 + £32,000 OTE + EXCELLENT BENEFITS (TAKE YOUR DOG TO WORK)

THE OPPORTUNITY

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a market leading business who are continuing their year on year growth and success my expanding their marketing team with a CRM Executive. Having exceeded growth targets each year since starting the business, including in the pandemic, they are now seeking an experienced CRM Executive to manage their integrated email and social media campaigns and drive the performance in this area.

If you are experienced in Campaign Marketing / Digital Marketing / Emarketing / Email Marketing / Social Media Marketing and are looking for a new challenge to further yourself and your career, this opportunity is not to be missed!

THE ROLE:

* Planning, creating and executing high-quality campaigns to the B2B database
* Reviewing existing campaigns and taking control of the content and sequences of email and social campaigns
* Using access to a data provider to build relevant and targeted data lists and build campaigns around them
* Utilise dynamic content wherever possible to personalise content for the customer
* Improve data quality and customer profiling
* Constantly evolve campaigns based on testing strategies, performance indicators and audience insight to ensure we’re getting the most out of our databases at every opportunity

* Support the analysis and reporting of campaigns and suggest improvements based on this analysis
* To ensure timely deployment of all campaigns
* To work with digital designers ensuring all assets are of a high quality & that their resource time is optimised
* Monitoring and reporting on competitor activity
* To ensure rigorous testing of all email deployments to ensure 100% accuracy

THE PERSON

* Experience of implementing volume B2B marketing campaigns is essential
* Excellent knowledge of creating successful integrated email & social campaigns
* Able to write high quality engaging content to produce high levels of engagement and conversion
* Any experience of using Hubspot
* A basic level understanding of HTML to be able to change colours in the source code is desirable
* Proven experience of increasing email campaign metrics i.e. open rate, clicks, conversion
* Proven experience of deploying all forms of email marketing; campaign, loyalty, retention, content
* Proven experience of working with marketing automation tools, data management & segmentation
* Ability to manage multiple streams of work at one time - organisation and prioritisation is key
