I am currently working with one of Europe’s strongest energy operators and provider of energy-related infrastructure. My client is representing in more than 10 countries with over 50,000 employees.

They are currently aiming to drive energy transition in Germany and Europe with their excellent series and committed and qualified employees.

As such they are looking for experienced an Fachkraft für Arbeitssicherheit to join their team in Potsdam.

Your areas of responsibility:

* Responsibility and support for the entire process of basic support and the areas of company-specific support in accordance with DGUV regulation 2
* Participation and advice in the risk assessment (assessment of working conditions) as well as in the case of basic measures of work design - relationship and behavioral prevention
* Support, development and implementation of new requirements of occupational safety and accident prevention in the creation of a suitable organization and integration into management activities
* Support and advice for management, executives, company interest groups and all employees
* Analysis of events that have occurred as well as preparation and training of preventive measures
* Implementation of safety inspections and risk assessments
* Creation of documentation and fulfillment of all reporting obligations
* Participation in company meetings
* Self-organization (e.g. organization of ongoing training)
* Advice, participation, implementation and control of the tasks specified in the area of responsibility in accordance with DGUV regulation 2
* Collaboration and support in the design of new workplaces and work processes
* Support of managers with workplace inspections and implementation of measures
* Creation of HSE documentation
* Advice and training for employees on particular accident and health hazards at work
* Organization and coordination of health management matters
* Responsible implementation and participation in project and work groups
* Cooperation with internal and external partners (supervisory authorities, professional associations)



Your profile:

* Completed degree in engineering or state-recognized safety technicians or safety masters
* Training as a specialist for occupational safety
* Several years of professional experience, additional qualifications, e.g. in hazardous substance management, fire protection, psychological stress, or similar.
* Very good, extensive / extensive experience in the field of HSE
* High level of HSE awareness
* Confident handling of Microsoft Office
* Standard PC applications and process-oriented IT systems, MS Office and SAP
* In-depth knowledge of the assessment of hazards and hazards
* Clear and convincing presentation of facts and legal assessments in word and writing
* Social skills, ability to communicate and deal with conflict, strategic and entrepreneurial thinking, initiative,
* Strong customer and service orientation
* Comprehensive knowledge and experience in the relevant field of activity
* Flexibility and resilience as well as willingness to travel (10%)
* Driving license class 3 or B
