Job Description:
ALG has a great opportunity for a Warehouse Officer to join a well-established organisation based in Mascot Airport. The position will give the successful candidates positive exposure to the aviation industry.
This role offers an ongoing casual contract with full-time hours and potential for permanent placement based on performance. Shifts are scheduled 4 on 4 off (days and nights).
Key duties:
* Maintain company premises and equipment to the highest standards.
* Operate forklifts skilfully.
* Perform general warehouse housekeeping duties.
* Manage assets, tools, and inventory tracking.
* Engage in manual handling tasks efficiently.
* Handle pick packing operations with precision.
Ideal Candidates Will Have:
* Full working rights in Australia.
* Valid Forklift License and minimum 3 years’ experience
* Australian Manual Driver License or higher Driver's License
* Be able to lift 20kg.
* Proactive and positive attitude.
* Willingness to obtain an ASIC (airport identification)
* Flexibility to work on a 7-day rotating roster
* Ability to comply with medical requirements (drug/alcohol and physical tests)
* Strong attention to detail, multitasking ability, and good communication skills
* Demonstrate full compliance with all work rules and regulations
