Freelance Recruitment Specialist

Are you an adaptable and versatile recruiter, ready to take on various roles within a dynamic team? We are seeking a Freelance Recruitment Specialist to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to seamlessly switch between back-office tasks and recruitment responsibilities, ensuring a continuous influx of top-tier candidates for our organization.

Responsibilities:

Recruitment:

* Actively search for suitable candidates across all levels, from entry-level positions to management roles.
* Maintain an updated recruitment reserve with a sufficient pool of qualified candidates.
* Establish and nurture relationships with educational institutions, professional associations, and external suppliers to bolster candidate pipelines.
* Organize and participate in job fairs, recruitment events, and job days.
* Create compelling advertising texts and coordinate their publication across various platforms.
* Conduct proactive searches and screenings of candidates in the database.

Preselection:

* Evaluate candidates based on CVs and telephone interviews, providing constructive feedback.
* Compile a shortlist of candidates for further evaluation.

Selection:

* Conduct behavioral interviews and provide objective assessments of candidates' competencies
* Interpret external screening reports and integrate findings into interview assessments.
* Prepare detailed reports and provide feedback to both internal and external candidates.
* Develop salary proposals and communicate them effectively to candidates.

Candidate Process Management:

* Coordinate interview schedules with selectors, hierarchy, and candidates.
* Liaise with external agencies for candidate screenings and assessments.
* Manage communication with candidates through email correspondence.

Various Tasks:

* Ensure accurate data entry into SAP and other IT applications.
* Update files including the selection file and recruitment reserve.

Requirements:

* Proven experience in recruitment and selection processes, preferably in a dynamic environment.
* Ability to seamlessly transition between back-office tasks and recruitment activities.
* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
* Excellent organizational and time management skills.
* Experience in organizing job events is a plus.
* Proficiency in SAP and other IT applications preferred.
