Your key job responsibilities as the Product Design Lead in Tallinn, Estonia will include:

• Establish, own and improve RSI design standards, and associated processes, working together with relevant stakeholders
• Drive the continuous improvement of their customer experience and design as part of our Product Organization
• Lead the research and introduction of new UX concepts to support our product goals
• Serve as UX subject matter expert to help them offer the best possible customer experience
• Drive the processes necessary to ensure the delivered product meets our customer experience expectations, continuously improving RSI design standards

Requirements for this Product Design Lead job in Tallinn, Estonia:

• Experience in providing design guides and maintaining design guidelines for others

• Ability to present and provide solid factual reasoning for UX and design decisions
• Excellent written and spoken English skills
