Your key job responsibilities as the Backend Engineer (Sports Betting) in Tallinn, Estonia will include:
- Design, develop, test and deploy Java services built mostly on top of Dropwizard, Spring and Hibernate
- Build robust integrations with third-party platforms
- Instrument our backend services for performance monitoring and error reporting
- Take responsibility for quality and long-term maintainability of platform (micro)services, including enhancing services and greenfield projects
- Utilize modern technologies such as Kafka, Docker, Consul, Gradle and Traefik to create robust and scalable systems
- Ensure software is up-to-date with latest technologies
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our processes following agile principles
