Finance Manager - Cork - Permanaent - Hybrid



This is a superb opportunity to join a fast-paced and dynamic organization with a global reach. This role would suit a technically strong Finance Manager looking to join a progressive finance team, managing a team of high-performers and working with a team of impressive senior finance leaders.



The role's remit will include:

* Managing a team of high-performing accountants, with the ability to create a continuous learning environment and employ creative thinking to create efficiencies and improvements where needed
* Managing financial reporting and oversight of all financial close activities for multiple regions
* Monthly and quarterly reporting and analysis, with insightful commentary and presentation
* Ensuring the timely and accurate submission of statutory accounts and liaising with internal and external auditors as part of this and other processes
* Reviewing and approving accounting transactions and reconciliations, ensuring a high quality of work and timely submissions
* Work to create strong business partnering relationships with internal and external stakeholders

The ideal candidate will meet the below criteria:

* Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance and qualified with an ACA, ACCA, CIMA or CPA
* Knowledge of IFRS and US GAAP
* Experience in team management within a fast-paced, multinational organisation
* Advanced Excel and experience in using Oracle is a plus
