ARTUS INTERIM Vierzon recherche un employé de restauration polyvalent H/F pour l'un de ses clients. Vos missions seront : Service en salle Accueillir et orienter les clients Prendre les commandes et assurer le service en salle ou au comptoir Débarrasser et nettoyer les tables Plonge et entretien Effectuer la plonge vaisselle et batterie de cuisine Nettoyer et entretenir les locaux (cuisine, salle, sanitaires) Respecter les normes d'hygiène et de sécurité alimentaire (HACCP) Flexibilité et astreintes Être disponible pour des missions variables selon les besoins de l'établissement Accepter d'être contacté la veille pour le lendemain en cas de besoin urgent Possibilité d'effectuer des extras le week-end selon l'activité
