Product Owner

Whitehall Resources are looking for a Product Owner. This role is fully remote working on an initial 6 month contract.

***Due to contractual reasons, our client can only accept candidates based in Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary or Romania***

Job Description:
- Product vision & roadmap setting
- Backlog curation & prioritization
- Stakeholder Management
- KPI definition, optimization & product performance metrics.
- Define scope at the ‘story’ level with the team, including: acceptance criteria and descriptions.
- Identify and highlight changes in scope against agreed Minimum Viable Product to the Chief Product Owner and Delivery Lead.
- Facilitate providing design documentation to align with User Experience (UX) and User Interface (UI) designs.
- A strong data mindset, comfortable working with analytics dashboards to define success criteria, monitor performance and provide insights.
- Has worked with A/B tests to improve journey conversion and quality of the service.

Skills and Experience:
- Experience in a Product Owner/Manager role
- Experience leading agile teams through the end-to-end delivery lifecycle
- Agile and Lean frameworks (i.e. Scrum/Kanban methodology experience)
- Not mandatory but ideally a relevant certification/qualification (i.e. Certified Scrum Product Owner, SAFe Product Owner)
- Analytical mindset - working with analytics dashboards to define success criteria, monitor performance and impact, provide insights
