In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable, secure, and reliable infrastructure solutions. You will work closely with development, operations, and security teams to streamline CI/CD pipelines, automate workflows, and enhance system performance. The ideal candidate has a strong background in cloud platforms, infrastructure as code (IaC), and DevOps best practices.
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines to streamline software delivery processes.
- Design, implement, and manage scalable and secure cloud infrastructure solutions.
- Utilize Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like CloudFormation, Terraform, or similar to automate infrastructure management.
- Monitor system performance, identify and resolve issues, and optimize resource use.
- Automate administrative tasks using scripting languages such as Bash, Python, or PowerShell.
- Collaborate with developers to refine and improve application deployment strategies.
- Ensure adherence to security best practices and compliance standards.
- Manage containerized environments using Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
- Set up and maintain logging, monitoring, and alerting systems with tools like Prometheus, Grafana, and the ELK stack.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to enhance the reliability, scalability, and efficiency of systems.
- A minimum of 6 years of work experience, with at least 3 of those as a DevOps Engineer.
- Minimum of 3 years experience working with Linux.
- Experience with containerization (such as Docker or similar) and orchestration (such as Kubernetes, Openshift or similar).
- Proficiency in Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure and/or GCP).
- Strong experience with CI/CD tools (such as Jenkins, GitHub, GitLab CI, and/or ArgoCD).
- Hands-on experience with CloudFormation, Terraform, Ansible or similar tools.
- Strong scripting skills in Bash, Python or PowerShell.
- Experience with logging and monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Datadog).
- Knowledge of networking, security best practices, and compliance standards.
- Familiarity with version control systems (Git, GitHub, GitLab).
- Experience working in Agile and DevSecOps environments.
