Designer-Developer Integrated into the TMA team, reporting directly to the Application Manager, the Designer-Developer is involved in all maintenance activities. In this position, the Designer-Developer may be required to process SN2 requests and replace the Technical Advisor for applications within their scope during vacations (hence the need for French-speaking staff).
Responsibilities:
- Corrective and preventive maintenance in operational condition (MCO).
- Evolutionary maintenance.
- Support: Level 2 (functional assistance) and Level 3 (technical expertise) support.
- Develop specifications and estimates for maintenance requests.
- Perform integration and functional validation tests.
- Assist the Client's MCO team and its business unit during acceptance testing.
- Ensure component development for various maintenance tasks.
- Communicate to the Application Manager any potential discrepancies between the needs analysis and the actual technical implementation.
- Escalate any issues that cannot be resolved at their level.
