It is ideal for a high-energy hunter who thrives in competitive environments and consistently exceeds revenue targets.Accountabilities:In this role, you will be responsible for driving end-to-end SMB sales performance in a high-velocity environment. You will actively generate new pipeline through cold outreach while also converting inbound opportunities into closed deals with speed and precision. Key responsibilities include:Managing the full sales cycle from prospecting and discovery to negotiation and close, with a focus on short sales timelinesBuilding and maintaining a high-volume outbound pipeline through cold calls, email outreach, and social sellingAchieving and exceeding monthly and quarterly revenue targets with strong execution disciplineMaintaining accurate pipeline forecasting and CRM hygiene using structured sales toolsDelivering compelling product demos and tailoring value propositions to SMB customer needsCollaborating with internal SDR and creative teams to accelerate deal conversion and pipeline growthContinuously improving sales techniques through feedback, iteration, and market learningRequirements:This role requires a strong track record in high-performance B2B sales environments, particularly within SaaS or technology-driven organizations. You should be comfortable working in fast-paced, target-oriented settings with minimal structure and high accountability.
