What You’ll Do Lead Backend Development: Design and implement high-performance backend features using .NET (C++/C#) with a strong focus on scalability, reliability, and long-term maintainability. Drive Code Quality: Champion software engineering best practices, actively reduce technical debt, and ensure the codebase remains clean, robust, and future-proof. Architect Database Solutions: Design, develop, and optimize relational database solutions to support efficient and resilient data management. Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams — including Device Software, Webshops, QA, and DevOps — to deliver high-quality software on time. Ensure Seamless Integration: Take ownership of end-to-end delivery, from design and development through integration and operation of interfacing components. The minimum salary for this position according to the collective agreement is EUR 2,535.00 gross per month on a full-time basis.
