GROHE is recruiting a Key Account Manager to support the development and management of strategic OTC and showroom accounts across the Spanish market.

This role will focus on customer negotiations, commercial planning, sales activation, and driving growth across key national accounts. The successful candidate will work closely with both local and international stakeholders within a dynamic multinational environment.

The position requires a commercially focused professional who is comfortable working autonomously, building customer relationships, and managing multiple strategic accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and develop strategic national accounts across Spain
  • Lead annual customer negotiations and commercial agreements
  • Develop customer growth and sales strategies
  • Coordinate promotional activities and sales activations
  • Support trade marketing and category management initiatives
  • Analyse customer performance and market opportunities
  • Deliver commercial reporting and business insights
  • Work closely with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders
  • Support customer sales teams through training and product engagement
  • Ensure achievement of commercial targets and KPIs
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Key Account Management or strategic sales
  • Experience working within multinational or international environments
  • Strong background in managing large or strategic customer accounts
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills
  • Strong commercial awareness and analytical capability
  • Ability to work independently in a field‑based role
  • Experience using CRM and reporting tools such as Salesforce and SAP
  • Fluent Spanish and English
  • Availability to travel across Spain
Preferred Background
  • DIY, showroom, plumbing, sanitaryware, or construction‑related sectors
  • Experience with trade marketing or category management
  • Experience supporting customer sales teams and in-store activations
