As a Key Account Manager, your primary responsibility is to drive sales of our dermatology products within your assigned territory (South of Sweden). You will identify business opportunities, build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders such as dermatologists and occupational doctors, and execute sales initiatives according to company strategies to increase portfolio revenue.
- Achieve sales targets and deliver business results within your territory through targeted planning and execution.
- Deep product knowledge and the ability to communicate the science value of the company´s pharmaceuticals.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers, influencers, and other key stakeholders in the healthcare sector.
- Utilize tools such as the Multichannel Cycle Plan and CRM systems (e.g., Veeva) to ensure effective customer follow-up and activity documentation.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, medical affairs, and other internal functions to support national and regional campaigns and activities.
- Be part of our Nordic organization and co-operate with Nordic colleagues.
- Monitor sales figures, analyse data, manage costs, and report status to management.
- Identify new key customers and changes in decision-making processes to ensure ongoing access and development of customer relationships.
- Develop customer-centric and compliant solutions that create added value for both customers and the company.
- Act as an internal knowledge partner, participate in cross-functional teams, and contribute to company values, vision, and ethical guidelines.
Your qualifications
To succeed in this role, we imagine that you have the following qualifications:
- Relevant academic degree in life sciences, business, or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience managing key accounts, preferably in healthcare or pharmaceuticals, with demonstrated results.
- Strong skills in sales, negotiation, and relationship management.
- Solid understanding of market dynamics, customer behaviour, and business development.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
- Fluent in English and Swedish both written and spoken.
- Willingness to travel and valid driver’s license.
- Personal attributes including initiative, structured and flexible work style, teamwork, and good communication skills.
