職務内容

Product Manager – Italy

BrainRocket is a global company creating end-to-end tech products for clients across Fintech, iGaming, and Marketing. We are young, ambitious, and unstoppable, and have taken Cyprus, Malta, Portugal, Poland, and Serbia by storm. Our BRO team consists of 1,300 bright minds creating innovative ideas and products.

Responsibilities
  • Create buy-in for the product vision both internally and with key external partners.
  • Deeply understand customer experience, identify and fill product gaps, and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience, and drive growth.
  • Define the product strategy and roadmap.
  • Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes for the teams.
  • Scope and prioritise activities based on business and customer impact.
  • Work closely with engineering teams to deliver with quick time‑to‑market and optimal resources.
  • Drive product launches, including working with executives and other product management team members.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years experience as a Product Manager in the iGaming/Gambling industry – this experience is required and resumes without it will not be considered.
  • Experience managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle.
  • Technical background with understanding and/or hands‑on experience in software development and web technologies.
  • Data analytics skills.
  • Market and competitive analysis experience.
  • Strong problem‑solving skills.
  • Skilled at working effectively with cross‑functional teams in a matrix organization.
Nice to have
  • Good understanding of online casino operation.
  • Understanding of responsible gambling standards (MGA, SGA, DGA, etc.).
