Project Manager - Office / Retail / Hospitality Real Estate

Independent Project Consultancy

£65,000-£75,000 + bonus + benefits, London


This mid sized, independent project management consultancy have experienced year on year growth since forming, increasing their market share with an impressive client base of private investors and occupiers in prime central London.


Due to ongoing growth strategy, they seek a Senior Project Manager to help run a mix of high end office, hospitality and retail CAT A and CAT B projects with contract values c£2m-£50m.

You will join a collaborative team that boasts high employee engagement, low staff turnover and a strong and increasing market reputation. You’ll be working under a Project Director, and alongside a strong PM team, with a clear pathway to SPM/Associate level.


What you’ll bring

  • 2+ years’ project management experience within a project consultancy
  • Track record delivering private sector projects under JCT contract
  • Experience on new CAT A or CAT B schemes
  • Chartered or on the pathway (MRICS, MCIOB, RIBA or equivalent)
  • Strong communication skills and stakeholder management expertise
