In addition, you can expect:· A challenging and informal working environment within an international organization.· Plenty of opportunities to develop yourself and grow.· Strong coaching and guidance in a growing company with a focus on people and sustainability.· A competitive salary, aligned with your knowledge and experience on a full‑time basis.· 27 vacation days plus 13 additional leave (ADV) days.· Pension plan.· Bicycle lease plan.· The work can be performed either on a fixed day-shift schedule or on a two-shift basis, depending on your preference.For the two-shift option, the working hours are as follows: Morning shift: 6:00 AM – 2:50 PM ; Afternoon shift: 2:40 PM – 12:00 AM; On Fridays, the afternoon shift runs from 2:40 PM to 9:20 PM This is what you bring to the team · MBO level of working and thinking.· Experience in assembling complex electronics (such as PCBs and assemblies).· Knowledge of soldering and fine mechanical work; experience with micro-products is a plus.· Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.· Excellent communication skills, with the ability to guide and advise colleagues.· Creativity and a proactive mindset toward continuous improvement.· Good command of Dutch and English (both spoken and written).· Experience with systems such as Word and Excel.Your daily responsibilities include:· Assembling complex electronic products, including PCBs and assemblies, using techniques such as screwing, mounting, soldering, and bonding.· Operating and programming machines to accurately place components in accordance with applicable quality standards.· Assessing the manufacturability, functionality, and quality of products in line with work instructions, customer requirements, and relevant standards.· Identifying bottlenecks in the design or production process and proposing practical improvement solutions.· Performing modifications on mechanical and electronic components, such as soldering and adjustments.
