Railway Technical Project Manager - Rolling Stock (m/w/d)

Tasks Key Responsibilities Manage and oversee technical projects across the entire lifecycle, from concept through delivery and validation. Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, production, quality, and procurement. Ensure compliance with relevant rail industry standards, safety regulations, and customer specifications. Act as a technical interface with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders. Monitor budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure efficient project execution. Prepare and deliver technical documentation, status reports, and presentations for management and customers. Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success. Requirements Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field. Proven track record in technical project management in the rail or transportation industry is required. Strong understanding of complex technical systems and integration processes. Proven track record of leading cross-functional engineering teams. Excellent communication skills in German and English; additional languages are an advantage.
