About the Role & Your ImpactAs a Business Analyst at Blyce, you bridge business, technology, and legislation by identifying real client needs and turning them into clear, actionable requirements. You collaborate closely with clients, product owners, architects, and developers, and play an active role in shaping product direction.You turn complex legislation into practical solutions and contribute to systems that enable governments to collect taxes and deliver public services effectively. Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyze client requests and translate them into clear requirements and user storiesCollaborate with product owners and development teams in backlog refinement and solution designMap and improve business processes (BPMN), ensuring alignment with legislation and systemsWork closely with clients and stakeholders to clarify needs and validate solutionsMaintain structured documentation in Jira and Confluence throughout the product lifecycleWhat You BringMust-have:3+ years experience as a Business Analyst or similar roleExperience with BPMN or process modelingHands-on experience with requirements gathering, user stories, and stakeholder collaboration in a development environmentBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law, Economics, Business Administration, Fiscal studies, or another analytical field (or equivalent experience)Fluent in Dutch and EnglishNice-to-have:Familiarity with Jira and ConfluenceExperience in GovTech, public sector, or B2B tech environmentsAffinity with AI tools for analysis and researchCompetencies:Critical thinking and strong analytical judgmentStructured, accurate and process-oriented way of workingStrong communication and stakeholder engagement skillsCurious, investigative, and result-driven mindsetClient-focused with a proactive attitude What We OfferA competitive gross monthly salary between XCG 6.000,- and XCG 8.000,-, depending on experience (based on full-time employment on Curaçao)23 vacation days, with the option to buy or sell 8 additional days each year8.33% vacation payA gross variable compensation equivalent to an extra month’s salary per year (paid monthly)A gross fixed expense allowance of XCG 500,- per monthAn annual reward, linked to company resultsPension plan via Guardian GroupA hybrid office and work-from-home policy supporting flexibility and balanceA company laptop and all necessary IT toolsContinuous development opportunities, guided by our Talent Development ExpertA fun and connected culture with team events, dinners, and vitality activitiesA warm, collaborative atmosphere within the Blyce family.Interested?
