We are looking for a cashier to join our team in Milan! Our welcoming retail teams provide customers with a trustworthy, seamless, and pleasant experience. As the face of our company, they play a key role in delivering exceptional service and upholding our values.

Your Responsibilities: 
  • Assist customers face-to-face with Ria’s products, including money transfers and foreign currency exchange.
  • Accurately verify and enter customer information into our system.
  • Provide courteous support, addressing inquiries about services, transaction cancellations, and Ria locations.
  • Identify and resolve customer concerns or escalate issues to the management team when necessary.
  • Stay informed about Ria’s products, services, and policies.
  • Balance your cash register and prepare deposits for the bank.
  • Maintain accurate daily transaction records.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by colleagues and supervisors. 

What We’re Looking For: 
  • Availability to work flexible schedules, including weekends.
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in MS Word and Excel.
  • Prior cash-handling experience (preferred).
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • A valid work permit (mandatory).

Your positive attitude and effective communication skills will be essential in collaborating with your team and delivering outstanding service to our customers.
