We are looking for a high-performing Business Development Manager to join our team and scale these commercial programmes across the UK and internationally. What You'll Do If you're driven, disciplined and energised by outbound sales, this is a rare opportunity to take ownership of a revenue stream with huge earning potential You will:Drive proactive outbound prospecting across HR, Talent, Leadership and ED&I markets Build, manage and convert a high-quality pipeline from scratch Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, demos, follow-up and close Win individual seats, group bookings and corporate cohorts Host online programme overviews and taster sessions Achieve weekly seat targets (discussed at interview) Consistently hit and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets It's a results-driven growth role for someone who loves building their own success. What We're Looking For 3+ years of proven B2B sales experience (L&D, HR tech, SaaS or professional services ideal) Strong track record of hunting and winning new business Confident selling to HR Directors, Talent Leads and senior stakeholders Comfortable making outbound calls daily and generating pipeline independently Skilled at running compelling virtual demos and programme overviews Commercially sharp, proactive and persistent Ambitious, confident and motivated by high earnings If you thrive in outbound environments and want a role with real autonomy and impact, you'll excel here. What You'll EarnBase salary: £50,000 per annumOTE: £100,000+ (uncapped)Commission: Paid per seat sold on each programme, with weekly targets. Full commission structure will be shared at the interview stage.
