TalentCloud Group is recruiting on behalf of a Swiss production company operating in a highly-regulated environment. Are you an HR professional who thrives in fast‑moving, highly regulated environments? This is a standout opportunity to take full ownership of HR operations at a key Swiss production site. You'll work with real autonomy, shape on‑site culture, and ensure compliance in a sector where precision and people matter. What You'll Do Lead all HR activities at the production facility: recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, payroll coordination, and complianceAdvise managers and employees on HR policies, Swiss employment law, and best practices in regulated production environmentsMaintain accurate HR documentation and personnel records in line with Swiss labor lawDrive initiatives that strengthen engagement, culture, health, safety, and well‑beingCoordinate training, skills development, and continuous learningSupport performance management, feedback cycles, and appraisalsAct as the primary on‑site contact for all HR‑related matters What You Bring At least 3 year of experience as the sole HR professional at a production, agriculture, or manufacturing site in SwitzerlandFluency in German and English is requiredStrong knowledge of Swiss employment law, industrial relations, and workplace safetyA hands‑on, solution‑oriented mindset with the ability to manage diverse tasks independently Nice to Have HRSE certification or HR Fachfrau/Fachmann diplomaExperience in regulated industries such as FMCG, or pharmaceuticals Why This Role Stands Out Full ownership of HR at site levelHigh autonomy in a growing, regulated industryDirect impact on culture, compliance, and people operations If you're ready to take on a role with real responsibility and influence, we encourage you to apply.
