CS Supervisor - Generous Bonus Scheme - Apeldoorn

A leading international medical device company has an exciting opportunity for a CS Supervisor to manage and lead the Customer Experience function. With a generous bonus scheme, this role offers the chance for ambitious individuals to develop their career in a dynamic environment, where there are plenty of opportunities for growth and development.

The role:
As a CS Supervisor, you will oversee the Customer Experience Call Centre, demonstrate the ability to take on new responsibilities, and provide support to the Sales Team when needed. Working 2 days from home, you will be responsible for managing remote Customer Service teams and ensuring excellence in customer service.

Requirements:
- 6-8 years of relevant business/Customer Service experience.
- Minimum 4 years’ experience managing remote and/or Customer Service teams.
- Experience working in both a large multi-national company and small entrepreneurial company setting.
- Contact Lens experience is highly desirable.
