Your Role:
* Participate in a unique training program during your first month, followed by hands-on experience to rapidly familiarize yourself with the finance sector.
* Engage in new-business development and account management to acquire new clients.
* Develop an in-depth understanding of the job market, advising clients and candidates effectively during the selection process.
* Guide candidates and hiring managers through the interview and contract process, ensuring a smooth experience.
* Take responsibility for closing your own deals, driving your success.
* Participate in weekly meetings to discuss emerging trends, effects, and analyses you've identified in the finance job market.
Who You Are:
* Higher Professional Education level of work and thinking
* Enjoy helping and communicating with people.
* Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in recruitment or sales, preferably within the finance sector.
* Motivated to develop yourself and take initiative.
* Fluent in both Dutch and English.
