Team Manager- MASH-6 Month Contract

I am working on an exciting Team Manager position within the MASH service, my client is after an experience Team Manager who will be in the position to guide their team during this difficult and uncertain times.

As a Team Manager, you will have responsibility for the delivery of high quality social work services through a child’s journey, you will have support from the area Manager, you will be working closely with the Senior Social Workers, Assistant Team Managers and Senior Practitioners within your team to ensure that the right actions are taken at the right time, in the best interests of children and their families.

You will be responsible for ensuring high quality and timely assessments lead to effective planning and interventions with the most vulnerable children and families within your locality.

To be considered for this post you will have prior experience as a Team Manager or have experience within this filed, you will also be require to provide the last 3 years worth of references, your right to work document as well as proof of address.

Interviews are being conducted on a first come first served bases.

Candidates need to have post-qualifying experience of working with children & families in context of current legislation.
