Kenect Recruitment Bristol are excited to offer a unique role on behalf of our client where multiple candidates are required for a 6 - 9 week contract.

The role will be supporting with mobilising a brand new service for residents in South Somerset District.

The Customer Support Officers will monitor how this service is going for both the local residents and colleagues. An outline of the duties are below :

* monitoring progress of the rounds on a work phone (which will be provided)
* identifying issues and reporting them back to the mobilisation team/depot supervisors as appropriate
* Coaching crews in the use of their on-board device (full training will be provided)
* Generally assisting as required with support
* Engaging with residents to support them with their queries

Person specifications:

* Good verbal communication
* Confident and enthusiastic
* Ability to learn and adapt
* Prepared to travel around and monitor progress
* Preferable interest in waste and recycling industry and environmentally conscious
* Preferable to have good customer service experience
* Clean driving licence

Great opportunity for students finished for the summer holidays.
