As a Food & Beverage Manager, you will be involved in service within a staff restaurant, catering for breakfast lunch & dinner. You will lead a large team, serving a range of fresh, healthy meals for a large number of covers each day.
Shift patterns are predominantly Monday to Friday, plus occasional overtime for functions.
