Salary / Rate of pay: £27,000 basic + up to £5k in tips

Platinum Recruitment is working in partnership with a beautiful Winery based in West Sussex and we have a fantastic opportunity for a Sous Chef to join their team.

Package

* £27,000 + Tips (Up to £5k)
* 48 hour week
* Only 2 dinner services a week Friday/Saturday
* Mondays & Tuesdays off

The client is looking for a fun, motivated Chef de Partie to be part of the team. If you want to work in a fun, innovative environment with sensible working hours. They are open for Breakfast and Lunch from Tuesday – Sunday, with Dinner services on Friday and Saturday evenings.

What’s involved?
Preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes within your speciality, Managing and training any demi-chef de parties or commis working with you, Helping the sous chef and head chef to develop new dishes and menus. Ensuring you and your team have high standards of food hygiene and follow the rules of health and safety. Monitoring portion and waste control to maintain profit margins.
